I'm still having trouble syncing my fitness stats...

If you're still having trouble syncing your fitness data, try the following:

  • Ensure your fitness device's app AND Spire are both set to share data with Apple Health or Google Fit. (Does not apply to Fitbit or Jawbone).
  • Make sure you have the most recent version of the Spire app. You can get the iPhone app, HERE, and the Android app, HERE.
  • Ensure you have updated to the latest version of iOS or Android.
  • Close out of the Spire app and relaunch.
  • Power off your phone and restart.

Fitbit/Jawbone syncing issues:

  • Always ensure that you first sync your device with either the Fitbit or Jawbone UP app before looking in Spire.
  • If you see your correct stats on the Fitbit or Jawbone UP app, but don't see them in Spire:
    • go to spire.me/sync click the down arrow for your device and select "Force Sync." This should manually sync your data with Spire and will likely refresh any autosync issues.
    • If the above didn't work, disconnect your Fitbit or Jawbone UP account and then reconnect. Also via spire.me/sync
