I have an older iPhone (iPhone 5 or earlier). How can I track my Fitness Stats through Spire?

Jonathan Yagel -

Apple did not introduce the motion processing “M7” chip until the iPhone 5s. That just means that your iPhone cannot automatically track your fitness, so you will need a tracking device, such as a fitness band like a FitBit or Jawbone UP, or a third party fitness app, which can track this data without the M7 chip.  Or you can just go old school and manually input your stats directly into Spire.

  • If you want to use a FitBit or Jawbone UP to track your fitness click HERE for info on how to sync with Spire.
  • If you want to use a different fitness tracking device or app click HERE for info how to sync with Spire.
  • If you just want to manually input your fitness stats click HERE for instructions.
