Did you know you can count your Steps and Distance on Foot using just your iPhone!?
It’s easy! You’ll just need to allow Spire to track your steps and access your data, through Apple’s Health app (which is automatically added to your phone, when you update to iOS 9).
If you want to sync your steps data from a fitness tracking app or device, then click HERE for more info on that!
First, make sure you have the latest version of the Spire app. You can download it from the App Store, HERE. Then, when you first open the Spire app, you'll be prompted to allow Spire to connect with the Health app. Make sure you choose to connect! (If you don’t, just do this.) For the best experience be sure to toggle all Fitness Metrics on (but definitely Steps).
Just be sure to keep your iPhone in your pocket and you are good to go!
