What do I do if I forgot my password?

If you are logged out and can't get in:

On all Platforms:
On the sign-in screen, tap/click the question mark icon to the right of to the password line. Simply enter in your email address and hit “Reset Password" and instructions will be emailed to you. If you do not know which email address is connected to your account, it should be whichever email at which you receive Spire notifications.

                      


If you are already logged in and just want to change your password:

On the web:
If you are already logged in, go to your Profile. Click the “Edit Profile” button. Make note of the email address listed under “Email (Private).” Then, click on “Password” on the left. Here, you’ll be able to enter in a new password.

On an iPhone:
Tap the "Me" tab icon, in the bottom right corner. Then, tap the gear icon, in the top right. You can scroll down and select ‘Change Password’ and create a new one, or, at the top of this screen, you can tap “Edit” next to your name, you’ll see the email that is attached to your account, right below your first and last name. 

On Android devices:
Tap the three-dot icon on the top right, then tap “Settings.” You can scroll down and select ‘Change Password’ and create a new one, or, at the top of this screen, you can tap “Edit” next to your name, you’ll see the email that is attached to your account, right below your first and last name.
